Palm Drive Health Care District
The Palm Drive Health Care District is a community-based health care organization committed to providing quality health care services to all residents in western Sonoma County. Palm Drive Health Care District owns and operates Palm Drive Hospital and the Palm Drive Medical Center.
The District was formed in April 2000 and is a government entity of the State of California. It serves 60,000 people who live in western Sonoma County, including the communities of Sebastopol, Graton, Forestville, Bodega Bay, Carmet, Salmon Creek, Jenner, Duncan's Mills, Guerneville, Occidental, Freestone, Rio Nido, Monte Rio, Guernewood Park, Summerhome and Mirabel Park.
The District is managed by five publicly elected members who serve on the Board of Directors for a four-year term. Board meetings are held the 1st Monday of every month at Palm Drive Hospital at 5:30 p.m.

The Palm Drive Health Care District has joined three other healthcare districts to form the Northern California Health Care Authority. The four hospitals are committed to working together to improve medical care, share best practices and reduce health care costs.
